Dunham Marsh Community is a 298-unit green & sustainable community with over 30% of the total property reserved for preservation of open space and dedicated community parks.
With the completion of the infrastructure, amenities, and homes in early 2007, Dunham Marsh quickly fell prey to the great recession of 2008. Fortunately, Mr. Turner was able to restructure the debt and recapitalize the project in 2010. Once homebuilding restarted, the community quickly became one of the most desirable and hottest-selling communities in the Savannah area, winning the prestigious Community of the Year, Summit Awards from the Savannah Homebuilder’s Association in 2011.
Dunham Marsh remains as one of the few true examples of green building and sustainable development in the Savannah market. The community was completed in 2018.
