Mirabelle was acquired by Whitaker Investment Group in 2013.  Located directly across Abercorn from St John’s Cathedral, one of the top tourist attractions in Savannah, the property at 313 Abercorn Street had the location to build something truly special.  Inspired by his travels in France, Mirabelle Cafe was designed to bring the European sidewalk Cafe to Savannah.  Chef Peter Schott’s rendition of the authentic Belgian Waffle with fresh fruit toppings were an instant hit and the luxurious suites above became a top destination for wedding parties and romantic weekends away for couples visiting Savannah.   The property was sold to Jacobson Properties in 2019.
