Located only 15 minutes from downtown Asheville, this 18-acre tract hosts truly magnificent 360-degree mountain views.  The site is currently in design for 8-10 nostalgic A-frame cabins that will form a cluster of mountain-top vacation rentals. The project is currently being developed in partnership with Mr. Turner’s father, Tom Turner, and Judith Pucket-Rinella.
